Paris. Last year. An (almost) perfect pony I didn’t have to struggle to execute.

Fast forward: my core strength is waning and my arms do what they want. It takes 10 minutes, 2 pillows and Olympic-level contortion just to get my locks into a mostly messy bun 👱‍♀️

MS progression isn’t always about MRI results. It’s the slow, insidious losses, the quiet ways your body rewrites the rules.

I’ve been traveling so much this year and I couldn’t do it without a lot of planning and pacing.

This Rollator by @rollzint converts to a transport chair, so I can walk as I’m able and get a push when needed.

tbh I’m doing a lot more rolling than walking lately. I stood up for this pic and then sat my ass right back down. It’s probably time for a scooter but the decision/process is overwhelming and procrastination prevails.

In the meantime I am grateful to be out in the world, touring my book, seeing friends and family, even if it means spending tired hours in hotel rooms while everyone else is out having fun (like right tf now).
