Disability Pride doesn’t mean I enjoying having MS - to be clear, zero stars. Do not recommend. 👎

Pride means refusing to be ashamed of my disabled body. It’s about taking up space and celebrating our whole selves and advocating for a more accessible world.

This kind of heat is hard on everyone but for ppl with MS, a symptom called Uhthoff’s phenomenon can really eff you up 🥵

Heat hijacks the MS nervous system turning minor glitches into full-on system failures. It’s not drama. It’s science. 🤔

Stay cool, Trippers. Rest isn’t lazy, it’s survival.
