Finally made it to the spa after sitting on a gift

Finally made it to the spa after sitting on a gift card for months bc when you have MS, even a day of pampering can be exhausting.

Getting dressed/undressed/dressed again is a slog & I try to limit the number of times p/day I have to put my legs through leg-holes. 😮‍💨 #legday

Climbing onto the high massage table makes for an awkward scene but turning myself over on that narrow slab while someone half my size holds up a sheet is like an extreme trust-fall exercise 🤞

Sometimes we have to rally even to get some r&r. Spent the day with my bestie and the effort was totally worth it. 🖤
