I’m not proud to admit that I’ve been ghosting

I’m not proud to admit that I’ve been ghosting the gym for awhile now (like, less than 5 years but more than 2 🤔) Not good.

Sure, exercise keeps MS from doing its worst, but MS is exhausting and most of the time just being alive feels like a workout 💀

I AM proud to report that as of today I’m back on track with a new physiotherapist and a plan to get friggin jacked 💪 🏋️

Yes, it was hard to do some previously simple moves (like getting off my back without assistance 🙄), but I was happy to discover that I’m still pretty good at squats⭐️ (I did 3)

Whether you’re ghosting the gym or getting jacked or somewhere in between, remind yourself that MS is HARD. We’re all out here doing our best. And if you haven’t exercised since skinny jeans were still in style, it’s never too late to start.

Everywhere I go, MS is coming with me. I was stuck

Everywhere I go, MS is coming with me. I was stuck in the hotel for the better part of yesterday managing MS symptoms. At least I had this tropical view. 🌴

Sometimes (okay, a lot of the time) having MS means we find ourselves “at least-ing”. Trying to be happy with “good enough”. And most of the time I am. (At least I was able to rally for this margarita 🍹)

Other times I just wanna say, today was hard, tomorrow will be better.
