Fallosophy Is Here! My Book About MS.

It’s official…Fallosophy, my book about MS is finally here! And I’m so glad it got published before I could trip on something new and have to add another chapter.

Fallosophy: the elevator pitch (because, let’s face it, I don’t do stairs)

Fallosophy is a memoir about living with MS. It’s about falling down and getting back up again, if not literally, then figuratively, at least.

What are people saying?

“Ardra Shephard is a bad-ass.” Jenny Lawson, author of Let’s Pretend This Never Happened

“Bright, and spilling with insight.” Rebekah Taussig, author of Sitting Pretty

“With equal parts wit and fury, Fallosophy is both a call to action and a celebration of self–bold, unfiltered, and impossible to forget.” Selena Mercuri, The Seabord Review

“Holy shit, you guys, I wrote a book!” Me

Where to get your copy

Thank you to everyone who preordered Fallosophy. I love you so bad. Presales matter. And so do first day sales which means there’s still time to make my best-seller dreams come true!

In Canada and the US: Try you local indie bookshop. You can also ask them to order it! Fallosophy is also available at Indigo, Barnes & Noble and Amazon. Large print and e-books are also available. Trippers of Europe, Australia and beyond, we’re still working on international rights. In the meantime, you can check out the e-version or audio book when it becomes available.

This little book about MS…

Trippers, I’ve already been swooning over the snaps you’ve been sending as your preordered copies arrive. THANK YOU! If you love Fallosophy as much as I hope you will, the sickest thing you can do for me is to leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads…I mean, why not both?

Where to find me

You can meet me at Toronto’s TYPE bookstore on May 25th. Look for me at the BARLO MS Centre on May 30th, World MS Day. I’ll be in Moose Jaw in July, NYC in September and Burlington, Ontario in November. Follow me on Insta for updates!

If you can’t wait that long, tune in this Friday March 7th, to the TISCH Center’s free webinar about Nutrition and MS with the amazing Dr. Deneb Bates. Sign up here. I’l be weighing in about my experience and we’ll be doing a Fallosophy giveaway!

Thank you

Writing a book is a dream come true. Thank you to everyone who has read this blog, followed me on social media, shared your MS story with me. Writing a book about my MS was wild, emotional, and incredibly cathartic. Now it’s yours. I can’t wait to hear what you think.

With a heart full of gratitude (and a glass of champage in hand), thank you, thank you, thank you, for tripping through life with me.
